1. Customer Acknowledgement

Lily-Flame is the trading name of Lily-Flame Pty. Ltd. This contract of sale is between the entity named on the invoice (the “Customer” referred to as "you/your") and Lily-Flame Pty. Ltd

This website is operated by Lily-Flame Pty Ltd. (referred to as "Lily-Flame/we/our/us"). As a user of this website (referred to as "you/your") you acknowledge that any use of this website by you including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to our terms and conditions below.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

Please make sure you:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be emailed/mailed to you.

If any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website


3. Order process

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions

The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.


4. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Lily-Flame shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.


5. Payment

We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

All prices include GST (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated


6. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.


7. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors (as appropriate). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors (as appropriate). The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.


You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. Subject to Section 7.1 above, Lily-Flame will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied statutory or otherwise) regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server from which it is made available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website Lily-Flame will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Lily-Flame accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.


9. Title of Goods


The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Lily-Flame as legal and equitable owner and the Customer shall hold such goods as bailee only until such time as the Customer shall have paid the full price. The Customer shall be liable to Lily-Flame in respect of any loss or damage to the goods during such bailment. 


10. Miscellaneous Provisions

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. All sales shall be deemed made in the state of Queensland, of Australia, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with Lily-Flame shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of Queensland. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Refund Policy


Refund Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within 5 days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

The items must be returned in the condition they were received. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the carriage provider.

Where your order was paid by credit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 1 working day after your order has been submitted. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return the goods at their own cost. Lily-Flame can be contacted for this purpose either by email (info@lilyflamecandles.com.au) or by phone 07 3398 8919 (between 9.30am and 4.30pm AEST Monday to Friday). If orders are cancelled in this way, the products ordered will not be dispatched to the customer and Lily-Flame will refund your money by way of credit card transaction.
